  • What age group does your book series fit best?
    Our picture book fits ages up to 7 years old. However, we have had some readers up to age nine who have enjoyed our first book in our heart warming series. It is a possibility that we will include chapter books for older children in the future.
  • Does your book include real recipes?
    Yes! You will find that each book includes something special. In the first book, there is a game, activities, songs and of course real food and life recipes!
  • Can the author sign my book??
    Yes, the author, Lauren Freckles loves to meet children, parents and the like. We run exclusive promotions for signed books, birthdays and more! The author also does signings at bookstores like Barnes & Nobles as well as libraries and schools. Please press here to see if there is an event in your area.
  • What's your return policy?
    We always do our best to provide every customer with a quality product. However, in the event, you receive a product damaged we will issue you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please keep in mind; we use a third- party distribution company that prints on demand, therefore, we cannot provide refunds for wrong size or buyers remorse. Please be careful to use the size chart provided on each item to make sure you receive the correct size so that you will be happy with your purchase Please be mindful, any purchases made through our affiliates may have their own return policy.
  • I haven't recieved my order
    Haven't received your order? Here are a few possibilities Delays Events such as natural disasters may delay an order in transit. We will let you know if your order is being affected by such an event. Lost in the mail For packages lost in transit, please submit a claim. All claims must be submitted no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date. You have the option of a full refund or to have your order rerouted. Please be aware, If the delivery tracking number shows that your product has been delivered a refund is up to our discretion. I accidentally gave the wrong addressPlease contact us immediately if you have given us the wrong address. It is possible that your order has not shipped and can be rerouted. However, If your order has already been shipped, there may be an additional shipping fee applied to your order.
